懶人自言自語

I practically fell out of the bed this morning.  C call about the an article on today's paper.  Some parents said the article was wrong and threatening to sue us.  Since I was in such a wonderful dream about having an Iron chef cook for me personally, I just couldn't make the words into a sentence immediately.   After I finally catching up with what's happening,  I know something's not right.  I decided to find a paper first, that's when I fell out of the bed.  I forgot I was lying on bed.

The angry woman said we shouldn't tell the Chinese parents to elect a Chinese candidate for the parents association.  The turth is we didn't.  What we wrote was 'to elect a candidate who can represent the Chinese parents'. 

After I clear up the whole mess I was wide awake. 

Since I haven't been fell out of the bed for a long time, I can't help to wondering why this incident become such a shock to me.  I guess I just can't believe some people take the election of a high school parents association so seriously.  The two group not only argue with each other.  They are threatening to sue each other.  Now they threatening to sue whatever, whoever....that didn't 'do the right thing'.  What's so good about being the president of the parents association?  Will that make their kids do better in school? or get special treatment? or go to a better college?   What if their kids didn't match their expectation? or when they misunderstand what their kids' writing?   Are they gonna go crazy and sue everybody?
