Finally, President Bush officially admitted (kind of) that it's wrong to attack Iraq.
Why? Because the commission appointed by him said so.
Who's fault is that? The intelligent agency of course.
It's all the intelligent agency's fault. They fail to gather the correct information, so the Bush administration made the wrong conclusion about the Weapons of Mass Destruction and attack the poor country name Iraq who just happen to have a lot of oil field.
What is America going to do about it? The commission called for sweeping organizational changes.
Who has the power to make these changes? The President. (the president can implement most of them without congressional action.)
This is such an irony. By admitting he is dead wrong, the President gets more power
