Wake up in the morning(or afternoon) : I am going to start on diet today.
After the first cup of coffee : I feel good, I think I can control my appetite and I'll be able to lose some weight.
Start working : No news? Too much news? Gun shot? False alarm? Some jerk say something stupid... Some asshole say ##%##%@&&@@**###*& ... Too much pressure, I have to eat something.... Something good... ????... M... Call somebody to bring me some takeout orders...

Addicted to Iron Chef
Which Iron Chef is the challenger choose? What is the ingredient of the day? What are they cooking? How do they do? Who's the winner?
Night after night, I am watching Iron Chef and eating like a pig. I know that if I want to lose some weight, I shouldn't watch Iron Chef. The show just make me hungry. Then here I am, watching the Iron Chef again.

怪事天天有，今天大概就屬這件最怪了。
懂手語的大猩猩可可(女的喔！)要照顧她的女工作人員露乳，兩名工作人員不肯，被大猩猩基金會炒魷魚，現在回頭來告基金會性別歧視。
誰在說謊？女工作人員？基金會主席？還是可可？

Supreme Court Justice
The supreme court announce that Judge Rehnquist will miss his fourth month of oral arguments, but will continue to decide cases. Rehnquist is 80 years old, and is battling thyroid cancer. Why is he insist on working?
Because he's a workaholic or because of the tremendous power? Maybe both.
Being a staunch conservative, now should be a good time for Rehnquist to retire. Since the Bush administration is extremely conservative in my opinion, the judge that appointed by this administration should have the best chance to continue Rehnquist's legacy. Then why is Rehnquist not giving the president the pleasure of appointing a supreme court justice? or maybe he just want to give the president more time to choose the 'Right' person?

But this year is different---- everybody in my department is going, and its the company's 29th birthday, and the most important it's my birthday! So, I decided to enjoy myself. |

酸痛
酸痛是一件奇怪的事。
年輕的時候，運動過度後，全身酸痛，是一種很愉快的感覺。極度體力勞動後，洗個熱水澡，大睡一覺，醒來後全身酸痛，但很輕鬆、很放鬆，覺得全身的「雜質」都隨著汗水排出體外。
現在，全身酸痛是一個痛苦的經歷，手臂抬不起來，向左轉、向右轉、站立、坐下都痛，全身肌肉緊繃，睡覺翻身也擔心會傷到筋骨。身心都緊張。
或許是平日缺乏運動，但我知道，真正的原因是歲月不饒人，我再也無法無憂無慮的享受酸痛的感覺，滿腦子想的都是門外堆著近兩呎高的雪。

Snow Storm
What did I do on the first hour(12:00 a.m.) of my vacation? Shoveling Snow!
By the time I shovel two little paths through the snow and get my car in the garage, I am exhausted.
Then again, what's the first thing I did after I woke up on Sunday afternoon(12:00 p.m.)? Shoveling Snow Again!
